Kim is an attorney with a long history of success in construction, real estate, and commercial / business litigation. He has served as General Counsel for both National and Regional business entities along the way.

A graduate of the University of Idaho for both undergraduate (Business Management) and graduate (Law), he has also received certification from Pepperdine University’s esteemed Strauss Institute - Mediating the Litigated Case, and has participated in hundreds of mediations as both a party and a mediator.

Kim enjoys mountain biking, road cycling, snow sports, and videography, along with his wife Georgette and family.
